40th Battle Conference on Anglo-Norman Studies
(Paris, Thursday 20–Monday 24 July 2017)

Information for Delegates

The conference will take place in Paris at different locations (see programme), three in the centre and one (on Monday morning) to the south of the city centre.

Our Paris hosts are Professors Dominique Barthélemy (Paris-Sorbonne) and Mathieu Arnoux (Paris-Diderot). François Bougard, Director of the Institut de l’Histoire et de Recherches des Textes, will generously host the Allen Brown Memorial Lecture, to be given by Professor Nicholas Vincent (University of East Anglia, Norwich), and followed by a wine reception.

Accommodation: delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
Meals: Individual lunches and dinners will be paid for by delegates at each point. Tea and coffee will be provided during the breaks between papers.
Conference Dinner: This will take place on the Saturday evening. It is free of charge to delegates, kindly supported by our Paris hosts. Delegates should indicate their interest in attending when they register, together with any dietary requirements (see below).
